When it comes to questions about the countries you have visited in the last ten years, you can mention only the countries that are stamped passport upon arrival/departure. Also, you can mention only your last visit to a country where you are traveling a few times; you do not need to list all year when you visit the same countries except Russia.

In previous work and study part, you do not need to enter an exact address, a city (town) and the state will be enough. If you do not remember the phone number of these organizations, you can put "00000000000".

In case you have not studied or worked anywhere, you have to provide an additional letter confirming that. The letter should be addressed to the Russian Embassy and can be written in a free format.
